The Ten Commandments of Computer Trainers

Note: I'm sorry, but I can't remember the source where I found this.  Perhaps someone can help?

1. Thou shalt consider the entire training system.
2. Thou shalt make them do for themselves.
3. Thou shalt ask rather than tell.
4. Thou shalt walk around rather than stand up front.
5. Thou shalt not touch thy users’ keyboards or mice.
6. Thou shalt regularly elicit feedback about pacing.
7. Thou shalt check for understanding often.
8. Thou shalt interact with everyone (by name).
9. Thou shalt adapt to thy audience.
10. Thou shalt remember the structure
